Auto create / bulk create statements

We have close to 100 properties and we are loving the financial formulas etc but we then come to creating the owners statements each month we have to manually do it one by one. It would be great to have a function to automatically create statements for a defined date period for owners perhaps based off a standard template

We’ve started rolling out the auto-creation of Owner Statements, which comes with several improvements—including the duplicate option.
Some features, like bulk actions and auto-refreshing, won’t be included just yet. However, we believe that the enhancements we’re introducing (such as draft vs. published versioning) will address part of those needs 🙂

Also, have them automatically update as new bookings come in. We have to manually refresh each time we get a new booking. We create our statements the beginning of the month and update throughout so owners can get a sense of how the month is going to end.

Yes - good call. Either an auto-create or maybe an clever 'make duplicate' or bulk edit feature.
We issue statements to our owners twice a month (1st and 16th). Currently it takes about an hour to go through each from the previous period, adjust the dates and re-save with a new file name (we have 38 owners at the moment). Then going into manage the statements and archiving all the ones from the previous period also takes unnecessarily long as the screen takes about 5 seconds to refresh after each archive action.
We name our statements as "2501a Joe Bloggs" where 25 (year) 01 (month) a/b for period in month, and Joe Bloggs is the owner name.
What would be ace would be a bulk edit feature, so you can tag all or some of them and archive them as a job lot. Or you can tag all or some of them, set a common value (e.g. the date range) and re-save with a new name with a common prefix or suffix to the name.
