Could we use our own contact phone number and the WhatsApp business API
AnsweredWe use a virtual landline number which we give to guests to contact us. We have this linked to WhatsApp Business but are restricted to one user being able to log into WA Business at a time (we want to allow more of our team to see guest messages). Could Hostaway use the WA Business API to bring the messages into the host inbox which would then allow any users with the Inbox permissions to handle those messages?

Hi @mcdryburn, I submitted this same request already. Will you please go up-vote it? The way that Hostaway uses these forums is that they implement the features that receive the most up-votes. So, if the amount of up-votes for this feature request end up being divided in both of our requests, then each request will have half as many upvotes and Hostaway may not notice that they're really the same request, and may not decide to implement for that reason. Would you delete your request and upvote mine instead please? It already has a bunch of up-votes. The way that you upvote is by clicking the tiny up arrow under the "follow" button. The up arrow is to upvote and down arrow to downvote. Hostaway cares about the net number of votes.
