Only Mark Guest Initiated Messages as Unread
PlannedThe Hostaway and travel site inboxes are filled with unread messages which are host initiated like an automatic message sent by Hostaway. Please only mark a message unread if it is guest initiated.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm going to bring it internally to review the wording of the quick filters with the team. For now I believe the functionality that is implemented by the "Guest sent the last message" quick filter might be closer to the behaviour that you requested above.

See examples below. All of these are unread in both systems but they are messages we sent to the guest:

Yes!!!! We would like to be able to filter messages by unread, but currently it's unusable because there are so many that show up as unread but shouldn't (for example if we send a message directly on airbnb or automated, etc)

I completely agree. Any messages that are auto sent should not show up as unread messages.
