Guest Portal Ability To Upload Guest ID
It would be fantastic if we had the ability to have guests upload their ID via the guest portal (and also a link in the automated messages that gives them the same upload prompt). It would be great if this opens the camera on their phone or gives them the choice to upload. A message regarding the secure encryption or similar would be helpful as sometimes we have guests who don't want to risk sending their ID over email or text. Both the guest ID and a signed rental agreement are necessary to avoid charge backs. Since direct bookings are a growing business for both the host and Hostaway -- this is a necessary feature that will benefit everyone.

Hi John,
thank you for your message. This is available today through our Online Check-in form. You can set it up by going to a listing > Edit > find the Guest Portal tab. You can add ID and selfie (which will open the camera on a phone and laptop). The Rental Agreement is also available to configure under the same tab.
