Option to send automated messages only once, or only once in a timeframe
The idea is that if we only have people "on-call" during certain hours of the day, when a guests reaches out about something, I would like to be able to send a one-off message letting them know that they are messaging outside of our regular operating hours but we do have somebody on call to take care of the issue, but the wait times can be a bit more.
It could be set up to send the message only once to each guest, or set up so that it could send once in a 24 hour period or something like that.
Currently we have an automation set up to send them that message, but people often respond to it, or send more info or a picture and it sends them the same message again. Looks super robotic and unprofessional, but currently we can't offer anything better with the way the messaging automations are set up.
There are other uses for this as well so it would be a solid thing to add to messaging automations.
