Set our WhatsApp messages to come from our "Host" name name, not "Hostaway"

We currently have guests receiving messages from us on Whatsapp (when used) and the name of the number that comes up is "Hostaway". It is confusing to them, as they don't know who that is. Unless they read the message, they don't reply or read it. The feedback we've gotten is that when an unknown message (in the sense from a name they don't know), they won't read it. So we need a way to make it so it shows up as "HOST NAME" This would be a super useful feature.

  Hi Jake. The current implementation works like this due to technical limitations from the what's app API. We will have to do some research in the future to see what can be done from a practical perspective. Unfortunately I can't share any ETA with you since it's not currently on our roadmap. But we will take it into account when we work on bringing new features to out unified inbox
