Photo gallery UI isn't particularly user friendly. Two things that would help:
1) Allow bulk selection of photos instead of having to click and confirm delete of every single one each time
2) Do not import Accessibility Photos into the photo gallery.
I'm having to manually delete hundreds of photos across 55 listings, by hand, one by one.

AND, organizing photos is a total pain. Super difficult to rearrange.

Agreed! It also takes a very long time to update, and if any other changes are made during this time one or the other will be lost or mangled.

This seems like the post that has the most traction in terms of improving the media tab so I'm going to add a few other things that I think should be improved with your suggestions:
- Being able to upload captions along side photos would be great so we didn't have to enter them in each time.
- Ability to sync photos and captions between parent/child listings if needed
- Currently as is, if you want to edit a caption, you have to press delete or backspace, you cannot use your cursor to highlight a word or words, it just thinks you're rearranging the photo. This also makes it difficult to review a caption if it is longer than the text box
- Can there not be just 1 caption field?
- To go on the theme of captions, currently if a caption is longer than ~50 characters when viewing it on mobile the text does NOT wrap on our Hostaway site, it does on Airbnb, etc, but not our booking page. Therefore it cuts off the captions mid sentence.

Agreed. Organizing and rearranging the images is very slow and tedious. The thumbnails are so large and dragging each image takes forever. I'm sure there is a better UI for this.

I'm having an issue that the photos don't match what my Airbnb listing is supposed to show. I spent a lot of time writing captions, arranging in a particular order, and choosing the cover photo. It's the only site I'm currently on, until I can become more familiar with Hostaway. But Hostaway doesn't recognize any of it, and worse, it doesn't recognize the cover photo. How do I change a cover photo in Hostaway?
I'm so frustrated with Hostaway. I'm about ready to leave and find a different platform. It's tedious and interfering with my listing. Not helpful at all, so far.5 -
Critical UI-UX issue: Photo rearrangement is absolutely the MOST time consuming aspect of Hostaway. In fact even the STR platforms are easier than this. Quite surprised that is not a top priority feature for the next release as we waste way too much time on this activity across multiple listings.

The photo editing and sorting is dreadful, need to be able to select the tab size of the photo to allow easier sorting.

Commenting on this again to bring awareness to this MUCH needed improvement to the media tab UI. It's been 7 months since we were told it was being worked on and yet I don't think I've seen any improvements at all.
Rearranging photos is still one of the most aggravating processes I have ever done. And going to highlight a caption just to accidentally move the photo to a different position has me screaming at my screen often. Hostaway Team, HELP!
