    Hi Matt! Thanks for sharing this feedback. Auto-refunds has not been prioritized yet, but I do see your point, and we keep your feedback in mind once we investigate this in more detail. Also thanks for providing a solution idea

    Super important. I'm also struggling to understand how to refund VRBO guests after theyy cancel. Hopfully I find it on here somewhere

    It would also be very helpful to have a box to check so that you can provide a refund without providing the processing fees. Since each time a vrbo rez is canceled we are stuck paying the cancellation fees. Please let us know if there is a workaround for this. There is no ability in VRBO to specify a cancellation fee minus processing fees.
