Auto-refund option for cancellations
When a VRBO or direct-booking guest cancels within the acceptable time window, the refund is not automatically processed. As a workaround, we have to open the reservation, navigate to the payment section, and then manually process the refund.
Solution idea: Create a pop-up window to appear after you cancel a reservation that asks if you'd like to refund the guest. This would put the cancellation and refund workflows in line, saving the time and headache of navigating through a bunch of other screens.

Super important. I'm also struggling to understand how to refund VRBO guests after theyy cancel. Hopfully I find it on here somewhere

It would also be very helpful to have a box to check so that you can provide a refund without providing the processing fees. Since each time a vrbo rez is canceled we are stuck paying the cancellation fees. Please let us know if there is a workaround for this. There is no ability in VRBO to specify a cancellation fee minus processing fees.
