Cleaning fee into Nightly rate

Is there a way to have a feature that allows Cleaning fee into Nightly rate?  Basically if you’re nightly rate is $100/night and you say your cleaning fee is $100, for a 2 night stay it would make the highly rate $150/night to account for the $100 cleaning fee divided by 2 nights.
