Turn Off Pre Approval to VRBO Inquiries when Responding in Hostaway

I created a new post about a similar issue I already asked about. I asked about a pre approval button for VRBO inquiries in Hostaway for Hosts who do not have instant book turned on.

My New Request is that to turn off the option for someone to be pre approved in VRBO (and Airbnb if that is how it works) when we respond to their inquiry within the Hostaway messaging. I was pretty sure we had the option to pre approve someone within Guesty when we were using it for VRBO inquiries with a button, so its weird that it can't be done in Hostaway. My memory might be incorrect on this. 

I was informed by Hostaway that a pre approval occurs as soon as you respond, within Hostaway messaging, to a guest's inquiry or interest in booking. I'm not sure if that occurs with Airbnb as well since there is an approve button.

The problem for us is we do not have instant book on. We like to speak with and vet our potential guests before approving them to book. So if we are pre approving them when we respond to say hi or ask a question about their travels or if our automated message is a trigger to pre approve, then we might have someone book that we aren't comfortable having book. (We have a large property and are in an area with very strict rules for STRs so we vet people to prevent large parties from occurring)

We just has an incident like this with Airbnb but we were communicating with them via Airbnb and not Hostaway bc we are now nervous that we will approve someone we don't want to. We just had some very aggressive people try to book our place on airbnb recently, Airbnb also flagged them while we were speaking with them as high risk so we are glad that no auto pre approval occurred.  

Basically we are now speaking with people outside of Hostaway during the inquiry process so making Hostaway less useful since we have to go to separate websites to do what we should be able to do in one place. Not mad just trying to stream line things so we can continue to do everything in one place within Hostaway.
