Multi-unit Automated messages and templates
AnsweredI have several identical apartments for which I have made a single listing with several units (multi-unit) but with different apartment numbers and floors.
How can I automate the sending of messages such as “check-in instructions”?
One apartment is number 24 on the 2nd floor and the other is number 28 on the 3rd floor.
I can't see how to separate the instructions for each apartment.

Hi Jordan,
When a listing is converted into a multiunit, a new tab named Unit is created on the listing. Edit the unit name to add the unit number.
On the automated message, the unit name is a variable that can be selected to be dynamically populated on the message.
