VRBO Description "Rules"

Agree. I need the additional rules in Airbnb, but I do not want it flowing into VRBO, Booking.com, or direct bookings, because I will have a rental agreement for those. It looks terrible to potential guests. We need a way to push the additional rules to Airbnb but not the others.

    I agree with this.

I recently took a look at our VRBO page to see what potential guests see and realized that in our VRBO listing on the VRBO site, what guests see is the description of our property and then our House Rules kind of butted up agains the description. I don't like it being there, I would assume this would be below on the VRBO listing page in the House Rules section for guests to scroll through. It not only looks bad being there and doesn't make sense in that location of the page, but it doesn't even show all of the information provided in our House Rules, it cut like 80% of the information off. So it looks unprofessional as well.

We provide a rental agreement for guests to sign after booking and this is the information that is partially shown on the VRBO listing, so it either needs to be in the House Rules section of the VRBO listing and not in the description, or we need to be able to choose what information for the listing from Hostaway goes to which channel.
