Formula fields in tasks

It would be beneficial if tasks could have the capability to include formulas. For example, we enter the Wi-Fi network details for the cleaning team to check the internet connection, the password for the electronic lock, and other similar information. Since formulas are not currently supported, we need to create hundreds of individual tasks. If the ability to use formulas were available, it would greatly simplify management.

  Hi Roberto this is Yanni from Hostaway. Why do you want to make use of formulas in the task specifically? Have you tried using listing custom fields and giving view access to your cleaners for that use case?
