Collecting online check-in information
AnsweredTo collect information from the online check-in, we can only access it through the reservation details. We have to open multiple screens to gather the information needed to register guests with the condominium and building security. We use tasks to remind our teams to complete these registrations with the condominium administrations, ensuring guests have no issues accessing the property. However, we cannot go directly to the reservation details from the tasks. Instead, we must exit the task screen, search for the reservation, and then access the reservation details. I suggest enabling direct access to the reservation details from the tasks.
Another suggestion is to allow access to online check-in information via mobile devices. Additionally, it would be helpful to consolidate the online check-in information and the custom fields, which are currently located in another tab of the reservation details.

My name is Paulius. I'm part of the product team here at Hostaway. We will be releasing the option to download guest data in the CSV file. Would that solve your problem?

I would like to add that I have already tried to perform this procedure by downloading the GuestBook, but in the GuestBook, the guest is not linked to a specific reservation. Additionally, the additional guests filled in during the online check-in are not linked to the main guests.

@Paulius any solution that involves having to download data isn't an ideal solution. We pay to use Hostaway as our PMS. Ideally it would be the only system I need to use to complete day-to-day tasks related to my business.
