Quote

Problem: the process of sending a quote is very time consuming. We need to creat a reservation, copy/paste the information and send it over. Besides that, the quote doesn't show any information, such as check in and check out date or even listing. Also, there is not possibility to include a new cost (such as pool heat) unless we save the quote. Lot of time expended.

Workaround: I create a reservation, copy/paste to an email and then delete it. If the Guest confirms, I have to create again the reservation. 

Solution: provide a "quote" option with as much details as possible to the potencial Guests. I worked with other PMS's which offers less options than Hostaway, but every single one offers the possibility to create a quote without the obligation to create a reservation.
