Recurring Expenses

Problem: Hostaway does not have an option to include recurring monthly expenses, such as management fee, HOA among others

Workaround: I do it mannually, but this is time consuming and as the numbers of listings increase, it will be much more time expended

Solution: provide a field for "recurring expenses" by listings. I don't believe it is a difficult solution to implement.

  I regard this feature as quite basic and I’m surprised hostaway doesn’t offer it. Our workaround is a spreadsheet which we upload monthly but there is risk of errors via this method. I would like this functionality built in

  Having the ability to add it as a recurring expense is absolutely a great feature and time saver.
