Mobile Payment Workflow
PlannedI would like to see a way to manage payment workflows from the mobile app. Anything related to managing payments must be done from the desktop.
Example 1: A guest requests an extra parking pass, but I'm away from a desktop. As a workaround, I wait until I'm back at a computer to process the request. This requires to-do lists, so my forgetful brain won't worry.
Example 2: A guest requests to cancel their reservation. I can cancel the reservation from the phone, but I cannot issue the refund. Same workaround - wait until I'm back at a computer to process the request.

I see refund functionality was added today. THANK YOU. Now if HostAway includes the ability to add financial fields and payments on the mobile app, this would be complete.
