    I had a customer who was arriving today and arrived 90 minutes early so went into the guest portal and selected and paid for an early check-in.  This was inconvenient for both me and the guest as the room was not available and we ended up refunding their money.

    There should be options to restrict the ability of the guest to elect an early check-in or late check-out to x hours before the event (ie check-in or check-out). 

    Also there should be an option to require confirmation from the host that a early/late arrival or departure is possible as we need to check with our cleaning team so to take the money from the guest immediately is not brilliant.
