  Hi Darylll,

  Under Inbox > Automations, you can set up messages that are automatically sent to the guest for failed or successful payments. Would this help already? And what other triggers are you looking for?

  

   

  Further, under User management > Edit, you can set up automated messages that are sent to you as a PM for the several payments events (see screenshot). Similar question as before, would this help? And is there anything missing?

  DUE Status notification would be helpful as well.
