Allow the use of variables in listing descriptions etc

Enable parameterization of all text on the platform (listing descriptions, guest messages, captions, etc). Allow the user to define and reuse text variables. Eg. I should be able to define a variable (key value pair) that describes the neighborhood, or the status of the pool, and reference that variable in my various listing descriptions. I should be able to edit the value of this variable in one place, and the edits should apply to all my listings that reference that variable, instead of having to go into each and every relevant textbox in each and every listing and make edits.
