Expose conversation notes via Zapier and API
The "add note" functionality of the guest messages is only available via the UI. Ideally, we'd be able to add notes via Zapier and the API.
Our use case is that we have a phone number that guests can call. Those conversations are recorded and transcribed. It would be great to then be able to see the transcription and have a link to the recording within the conversation thread in Hostaway. The best way we can think of how to accomplish this is by exposing the ability to create a conversation note via the API and/or Zapier. This way, when a call finishes, we can automatically create an internal note in the message thread with the transcription of the call and a link to its recording. This is much better than having the call log be separate and not being able to see it within the context of all of the communication with the guest.
Separately, I also submitted a request to bring our own Twilio phone number for SMS. These two features would be great in conjunction.
