Custom Fee Option Triggered By Event

 I'd like to be able to add a custom fee that is built into the base rate but is only included when a certain event is triggered like a stay of 14 days or more. Or maybe not built in to the base rate but a fee that shows up when the event trigger occurs. 

EX: When someone books 14 days or more we require that there be a cleaning or two during the stay depending on how long they are staying. Like if its a month long stay maybe a cleaning every two weeks. Just to keep the place form getting too dirty or torn up. 

If it's possible to make the custom fee and create event triggers for them. Currently you have it set up for per reservation, per night, per person for fees. But to have it be triggered by stay duration so everyone booking less than 14 days isn't charged this fee. 

Maybe there's a better way to approach this specific fee but was just thinking about this since someone recently asked me about a longer stay.

  I am also very interested in seeing such a feature but in my case to add a Custom Housekeeping fee triggered by a short stay of 3 nights. Either percentage of flat fee that would apply to the reservation when stay duration condition is met.
