Upsell management
PlannedIt would be useful to have an option for upsells to be managed by the host/user to accept or decline if the upsell was available. As an example to offer an early check-in option that creates a task with an assigned user to accept or decline (eg allow the cleaning manager to accept / decline based on whether they can fulfil the clean on time). Only if accepted would the guest be charged for the upsell. Thanks

Can you also please add the following for upsells:
1. Early / late check-in impact Breezeway and other cleaning apps as it changes the time available to clean the unit. Can you feed the new time over to Breezeway? I.E. If guest elects 1 hour early check in, and regular check in is at 4:00, then 3:00 feeds over to Breezeway.
2. Add a a filter in Hostaway in Reservations that allows me to manage and track Upsells.

I may be missing this, but I cannot even find a notification to alert team when an upsell is added by a guest. There needs to be a text/email notification option for Upsells that are added so we can schedule tasks and update access times for early arrivals/late departures. Even better would be an automation that after host/team approves the upsell, the system updates the reservation checkin and checkout time automatically.

A reservation tag feature should be added so that when an upsell is sold, it can be tagged and identified by filters. Currently, other than the email that we receive when an upsell is purchased, there is no tag/bullet/highlight on the HA reservation to show that an upsell has been added.
For Early check-in / Late check-out, a bullet on the dashboard or a filter on the check-in list would help us remember when guests arrive or leave outside our standard times. The current HA desktop dashboard is not well planned for us to see all critical daily operations and monitor as the day progresses.
On a few occasions we have sent the team to clean at 11am ,forgetting the guest had paid to stay until 2pm.
HA does not currently help visualise the upsell and share the details wherever relevant.1 -
Would it be possible to add a optional "date field" or comments? In case you are selling a tour for people to choose which day they want it in.

Some things I noticed that could be improved about upsells are:
- To be able to set days of the week each upsell is available (eg: late check out on Saturday for me are much more expensive than on Tuesdays; or an experience provider can only do the work during the week);- Be able to order how the upsells are shown. I have quite a few of them and the first ones to show should be the more interesting businesswise;
- Easier way to add upsells on manual reservations or answer to inquires.

One if our upsells requires instructions. This can be added to some sort of receipt to the guest, or an automated message if this upsell was purchased. Manually checking to see who purchased this upsell and having to send message is inconvenient. message trigger or receipt, please :)

What is the status of the upsells features that were planned for the end of 2024? This is a very needed implementation. Thank you!
