Need for owners to get new reservation notice and see it on calendar with out access to the reservation info

I have been with Hostaway for six months. One of the best features of Hostaway compared to Guest is that you can set your owners up with a notification when they get a new reservation. However, I just realized my owners can also see the guests, name, phone number, email etc. For various lability reasons I cannot give my owners that info. So it simply does not work for them to have reservation access. However, now several owners are upset at me because they can no longer get notifications when they get a new bookings. We really need notification for our owners, that does not require us to give them full access to the reservation info- they just need where it comes from and the dates. I am told now all they see is grayed out calendar- is it possible to give them access to where the booking come from at least?

  Hi Mike,

  One of the items that can be customized when creating a user, for example, an Owner, is Access Permission. If you uncheck Allow access to contact data, the user will not be able to see the guest's contact information. Please try it.
