Schedule automations "after reservation" to go off of the reservation confirmation time instead of the reservation request time
It seems that automations set up to be sent some time "after reservation" are going off of the time that the guest submitted a request instead of the time that the reservation is actually confirmed.
We have an automation set up to be sent 1 hour after reservation. It reminds the guest to submit the check-in form if they haven't yet. I just saw that it was sent 15 minutes after the reservation instead of waiting the full hour.
The reason I think this happened is that this guest submitted a request to book and I approved it about 45 minutes later. It seems as though the automation for "after reservation" is using the time the reservation request was sent instead of the time when the reservation was confirmed, because the automation was sent 1 hour after the reservation request but only 15 minutes after the request was accepted. It would be much better and useful if the automation's timing is based off of when the reservation was confirmed/accepted.
