Improved Notifications For Team Members That Can Be Sent As Texts

I was excited by the Task option in Hostaway and that it at least could be sent via Text. I wanted to use this as a way to create automated notifications that are triggered by events like New Booking for example and that it could pull the reservation information in as well.  

I wanted a way to notify my Cleaners and Our local greeter when a booking occurs and since a lot of our bookings are made far out I want to create reminder notifications when we are a week out from a booking so no bookings are forgotten and clenaings are properly scheduled.

The Task option sends a text that has no information in it. I filled out the whole automation form with a description and set times for the automation to go out but they only go out at 8am and provide no information at all that I entered when sent. 

EX: I had a Check-In Reminder set for my Local Greeter. It was set to be sent the day before the check-in and I had hoped it would include the Reservation information (Guest Name, Dates, # of People Staying) also I assumed it would show the correct check-in time. Instead it sent the day of the check-in at 8am and the only thing it said was 'Check-In Today at 4pm' 4pm was not the correct check-in time for the reservation. It was confusing to our Greeter and not helpful.

The notifications do not need to be related to tasks just some way to automate notifications. They do receive the task information in Email and that does provide all the information but I think most people look at texts more frequently and don't get bogged down with as many texts compared to emails. 

I apologize for the long explanation I just wanted to at least provide one example of what I'm having an issue with.
