How to mark payments/charges via API in against a reservation?

Hi There, 
I have a third-party local website like Airbnb and booking.com which takes on reservations, The problem is we cannot mark payments in Hostaway directly from the third-party webhooks as we haven't been able to find a suitable API. 
Any solutions or discussions will be helpful.
