Is it possible to attach a file to automated emails?
Is it possible to attach a file to automated emails (.jpeg, .pdf, etc.)? We occasionally get messages from late arrival guests that have trouble finding the cabin even though the day of arrival automated email has the written directions. I thought it would be a good idea to attach a picture file, .jpeg, .pdf, etc. (or embed the picture in the email directly) of a customized map with reference points highlighted to help them see the exact location.

We have a solution for that. You can set up an automated message with a link to your Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is a unique link that each reservation has and that can be used to share check-in info, ask for credit card details, upsell, and so on.
STEP 1: create a PDF document you will attach to each listing in the Listing section under “Attachments”
STEP 2: Create a message automation that will send the Guest Portal link to all your reservations (you can decide when it will be sent)
This will allow your guests to have access to the information and attachments of the Guest Portal.
