Automatic messages to guests

Would anyone mind sharing their automatic messages? I'm trying to set them up now. Just need ideas, thanks!

  Hi David, we have the following

  • Booking confirmation - we just thank them for booking and we let them know we'll be in touch with check-in instructions (we also ask for an email address)
  • Pre-check in (1 week before check-in, as a reminder)
  • Check-in (1 day before check-in) we list address, check-in time, key instructions, parking info, house rules
  • Pre-check out (1 day before check out) we remind them of the time of check-out and chore list (very basic)
  • Check-out and review: we thank them for their stay and we let them know we are looking forward to reading their review

  this has worked very well for us. I know Hostaway has some conditions you can play with (like length of stay etc, we haven't used them yet but we might in the future)
