Financial Reporting: Adding/editing Financial fields on reservation level Follow
How to add/edit/remove financial fields on a reservation level?
It can happen that you want to change, add, or remove a financial field on a specific reservation to match the reality.
Please note that this will not change the reservation total and concept. This will only impact Financial Reporting, formulas and owner statements.
To do that, go to a reservation > Click on Edit > Scroll down to Financial Fields and formulas
From here, you can:
- Remove a field by clicking on the trash
- Edit the field by clicking on the notepad
- Add a missing financial field by clicking on add
- When clicking on add, you will have a pop-up. Select the corresponding financial field and value and confirm.
