How to answer an Airbnb reservation alteration request from a Guest?
When guests request an alteration, you will receive a notification to respond to this request.
These requests can be found in the Hostaway Dashboard > Inbox > Click on the Alteration Requested button to approve or decline. Approving makes the necessary changes in Hostaway and Airbnb.
Account holders and Users with "modify reservations" can respond to an alteration request.
