Accept Booking Engine or Website Inquiry

We are thrilled to announce that you can Accept an Inquiry Via the Booking Engine or Website.

Now the option is available to approve and convert these inquiries into New reservations, keeping the same message threads and reservation ID. This can be done by clicking the “Approve” button in Reservations, Calendar, and Messages.

Or approve the inquiry by editing the reservation and selecting the reservation status as "New"
