How to un-map your listing from Vrbo?

To un-map a Vrbo listing, you should contact our support team to un-map it for you.
Please note that for Vrbo, once a listing has been unmapped, you cannot remap it.

How to make the listing Active and Inactive in Vrbo?

If the listing is connected to Vrbo and you would like to “snooze” it, it is now possible to do so from the Hostaway dashboard using a toggle in the listing settings on the “Channel Manager”.

If the on/off toggle is updated, we will share the listing as inactive and Vrbo on the content XML, and Vrbo will mark the listing as inactive on their end without un-mapping it from the Vrbo account. If you would like to reactivate the listing, you can go to Channel Manager and switch the toggle to “on” again, and in the next content update, Hostaway will send the listing to Vrbo as active.
