How to Add Payment Methods and Paid/Unpaid Status for Reservations
You can now introduce the payment method and paid/unpaid status for reservations.
In Reservation > Select a reservation > Click on Edit > in Basic info > now it is possible to select between a range of payment methods and also to say if that reservation is paid or not.
The available payment methods in the drop-down are:
- Credit Card
- VCC
- Cash
- Stripe
- Braintree
- Paypal
- Venmo
- Bank Transfer
- Check
- Authorize Net
- Other

The selected payment method and status will be displayed not only at the reservation, but also at reservations columns, CSV and at the Financial Consolidated Report (CSV).

- The Guest Portal
- Invoices Header Section - Both Hostaway and PDF Version
- Message Automations
Please note: {{payment_method}} field can be added for Message Automations.
