Listing Tag
Adding and managing tags
Tags are free text but have a character limit of 25 characters.
You can find tags in Listings > Basic info > Tags
- Create tags - Write down the tag and press enter. Once created, it will also be available to other listings
- Quick Tagging - It can be found in the Listings tab. It allows to add the same tags to several listings
- Add already created tags - Click the dropdown arrow and select the one you want to use
- Remove tags from listings - Click on the cross on the already selected tag
- Delete tags completely -Click on the cross on the dropdown next to the tag. This will show a pop-up explaining that deleting will cause the complete erasure
- Tags will appear on the Listing cards. From there, it is also possible to add and remove tags
- Once tags have been added, you can use them to filter: listings, reservations, messages, and tasks. Anything that belongs to the listings that have these tags assigned
Permissions
- Account owners and Admin-level right users will have access to all the full tagging features
- In user management, you can find the option "Allow listing tag management". It will grant the ability to assign/add/remove tags but only for selected listings
Users without this option selected and who are not admin-level right users will:
- Only see tags applying to the listings they have access to
- Have the Field Tags greyed out in the listing edit page, even if these users have edit permissions for listing
- On the Listings page, only see the tags
- Not see the “quick tagging” option in Listings
