How to add/Delete a credit card?

Add a credit card

This is about how you can use a credit card to pay your monthly Hostaway subscription. This is not about how a guest can add a Credit Card.

If you need to add a credit card because you have lost the previous one, it expires or for any other reason, please follow the steps:

• Log into your Hostaway Dashboard
• Go to Settings
• Click on Add Another Credit Card
• Follow the steps

If you want Hostaway to delete the previous card, please contact support@hostaway.com with the 4 last digits of the credit card that needs to be deleted.

Remove a credit card

• Log into your Hostaway Dashboard
• Go to Settings
• Click on the red cross
• Confirm
  
  

Please note that the system needs at least 1 card to work so you can only remove cards if you have 1 or more.
