The notifications feature allows you to receive Email, Dashboard and Mobile App notifications and to set them up so you can decide which of them are relevant to receive. This can be done both in your account Settings > Notifications and in User Management for each user.
The current notifications that can be set are:
- Reservations:
- New reservation
- Reservation is modified
- Reservation is canceled
- New inquiry
- Reservation is pending
- Tasks:
- New task created
- Task updated
- Task started
- Task ended
- Task cancelled
- Messages:
- New message received
- New automated message sent
- Payment
- Add card success
- Add card fail
- Payment failed (no funds, etc) - This is ONLY for the main account and/or User with admin-level access
- Listings:
- Import success
- Import fail
- Account:
- Invoice paid success (your monthly invoice)
- Invoice paid fail
- Exceptions
- Error reports
