How do I become an Early Access user?

Hostaway is specifically looking for users who:

• Have a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest software developments
• Feel at ease in explaining their processes in detail
• Enjoy giving valuable and actionable feedback on tested features
• Are willing to commit time to make Hostaway an ever-improving tool

What to expect

• Hostaway may surprise you with some new features on your account, giving you the edge over your competitors.
• Hostaway may change, make fixes to, remove features from, add features to, or otherwise improve or modify beta features while testing: your feedback is greatly appreciated in these cases.
• Hostaway will share with you the newest features and products. These features may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, performance issues, or other problems that we will always try to minimize. Because of this, Beta features are provided "as is," and they are excluded from Hostaway’s SLAs.
• Although ideas and feedback are highly encouraged, Hostaway cannot commit to any requests about new features or changes. We will always review ideas for improvements and new features, but we need to focus on solutions that work for all of our client base.
