The Hostaway Task module has a Mobile App version. You can create a new user for your cleaner to have his/her own access.
How can I manage my assigned tasks?
When downloaded the Hostaway app, you can log in with your email and password. Once on the main menu, you will see the different options: My tasks, Available, Supervised by me. If you go to ¨Available¨, you will see all tasks with different status:
Click on the new task with status ¨To Do¨. You will need to click on Accept to assign the task to yourself:
Once accepted, you can start working now or will come back later. If you want to continue working, you can start the task:
While you are working on this task, you can add additional information, mark different items form the checklist as completed, upload photos:
When you finished your task, you will need to finalize it:
Also, before completing the task, you can leave a resolution note for yourself and your tasks supervisor:
If you go back to Tasks, you will see different status depending on the progress:
You can filter your tasks by listing, channel, dates and other quick filters options:
