Which channel do you offer Notifications for?
We offer for Dashboard, Mobile App and email.
Dashboard notification will be available on the bell, on the top right corner
Mobile app notifications, known as Push notifications, will appear if you use Hostaway App (You can find it in your Iphone or Android App marketplace)
Email notifications will be sent directly to your email box
Where can I find the Notification feature?
Go to Settings > Click on Notifications. Select or unselect the Event and Channel you would like to receive notifications for.
I want to change Users notification access, how can I do that?
Go to User Management > Click on Edit > Scroll down until Notifications or click on Notifications on the right side.
Update the notification settings > Scroll down to save
Be aware that notifications will reflect based on the User access level.
This means that if the user doesn't have access to Messages, the notification setting will not show the messages
