We do not have an API connection with Tripadvisor/Flipkey but you can connect your existing listings through an iCal connection that will sync the reservations and availability but will not push rates or LOS.

If I update my rates on Hostaway, will these get updated on Tripadvisor?

No, since the connection is through iCal.

Since I am using an iCal connection, how can I contact my guests using Hostaway Inbox & Automation?

You will need to edit the iCal Tripadvisor reservation to add an email that you can find in the Tripadvisor portal. Then you can use the Hostaway Automation and Inbox.
