To help us assist you faster, please provide your email address associated with your Hostaway account.
Contact our Support Team:
- When you have any inquiries or questions regarding how to use certain features within your Hostaway Account (though we highly recommend you to have a look at our helpful articles first!)
- When you are experiencing issues with your Hostaway Account (account and technical issues, unexpected behaviour, etc.)
- Please make sure that your queries or questions are in English as our Hostaway Customer Support Specialists are available to answer your inquiries in English only.
We'll need more information to best help you out!
In order for us to provide you with the best support possible, please try to include as much information as you can:
- When did the issue/unexpected behaviour start?
- What listing/s you're having the issue with? If you can provide the Hostaway Listing ID and the listing name, that'd be great!
- What channels are being affected?
- Which reservations are you having issues with? Please provide the Reservation ID or Guest Names and Check-in/Check-out dates and in which channel the guest made the reservation.
