Can I message Expedia guests from the dashboard?
You can answer guest messages from Expedia in the dashboard as long as you have the guest's email address in the reservation details. This feature must be activated by contacting your contact at Expedia: Expedia Messaging
Can I import my length of stay policy from my Expedia account into the dashboard?
You can implement your length of stay policy from Expedia into the dashboard. The maximum is 27 days: Expedia Minimum LOS
If my guest changes their reservation room type, does that get reflected on the Hostaway dashboard?
The API doesn't currently support guest's changing their reservation room type: Expedia Reservation Room Change
Does the Hostaway dashboard import my latest listings from Expedia?

Can I handle guests' payments?
All guests' payments will be handled by you. You will receive the credit card details from Expedia and then we send the details to Stripe. Please ensure that you have a Stripe account set up for your business: Expedia Guest Credit Card Payments
