Expedia Guest Messaging
To send messages to the guests from Expedia, the guest email address needs to be included in the reservation details. You can ask your Expedia account manager to activate this option for your channel management connection.
The Hostaway software allows you to send out emails to the guests and receive replies from the guests in the Hostaway software.
Please note, however, that emails and messages sent by the guests upon booking that are not a reply to an email sent by you within the Hostaway software cannot be received.
