You can receive messages from Airbnb direct messaging service and also receive guest emails from channels such as Booking.com, Expedia, HomeAway, etc.
You can engage with your guest via the "Messages" tab - which can be found on our desktop, IOS, and Android apps.
Working with the messaging feature
From the platform, you can create templates. Templates will help you answer common questions such as "Where can I find a good restaurant?"
You can order templates based on settings per listing and channel.
When you receive a message, it will be marked in the software with a green dot (which means that the message has not been read yet).
Once you have opened the message, the system will remove the notification.
You have also the option to add automated messaging templates - these messages are automatically sent out based on the different settings (event, channel, listing and timing).
These messages are marked as 'Automated Messages' - You can use this function to send an automated 'Thank You' email, ask for reviews, etc.
