What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
If you’re unfamiliar with 2FA, it’s a security measure designed to add an extra layer of protection to your account. Instead of only entering your password to log in, 2FA requires an additional piece of information:
A unique code is sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
This means even if someone knows your password, they won’t be able to access your account without also having your phone.
An additional recommended step to ensure your privacy and safety includes creating strong passwords.
