How to connect to Multiple Vrbo Accounts? Follow
It is important to note that for each account:
- you will need to contact Vrbo and fill out the contact form: signed content API contract.
- listings can't be migrated between Vrbo accounts. If you have already exported the listing to VRBO from hostaway in one VRBO account, you can't export it again on a different VRBO account

To connect multiple Vrbo accounts to one Hostaway account, please do the following:

In your Hostaway dashboard, go to Channel Manager > Channels > Click on Configure Vrbo

Click on Manage Vrbo Accounts enter a name, and press the Add button

The account name can be edited by pressing the pencil button next to it.

Under the account name, you will see the advertiser ID. This is the ID that needs to be provided in Vrbo when connecting the account to Hostaway. The advertiser ID contains the Hostaway account ID and an extra number that goes up consecutively.

Export your listings to Vrbo accounts

Each listing can be exported only to one Vrbo account

When selecting a Vrbo account from the dropdown, we only show the listings that are:

Mapped to that Vrbo account, OR
-
Are not mapped to any Vrbo account at all

It seems that VRBO has started providing a self-onboarding system that requires the software's User ID. When using the existing Advertiser ID for our software I receive an error message.
