In various countries and city's you will have to have a valid license for your short term rental property. Without this license your listing might not be published or can only accept guests staying for a minimum of 30 days.
To manage your license, login to Airbnb, manage your listings, open one listing and go to tab "regulations". Here you can upload, review your license information.
When you registration failed:
- Contact your local city authority to provide you with proof your listing is valid for short term rental.
- Ask local city authority to contact Airbnb to inform them your listing is valid for short term rental.
- In the event it takes a couple of days or your city doesn't help you, contact Airbnb by email with your case.
