Airbnb API has the following restrictions on For Cleaning fees and damage deposits. Please bear in mind the below details when changing the cleaning fee or damage deposit for Airbnb
For Cleaning fee:
The cleaning Fee should be maximum value is $600 USD + 25% the lowest night price in the calendar
Damage Deposit:
The Damage Deposit must be between $100 and $5000 USD
Important Note : This Restriction is fully controlled by Airbnb
