BETA - Extras Available In The Guest Portal! Follow
We developed a brand-new feature that allows guests to add extras to all reservations via the Guest Portal.
Why so? By offering your guests exciting services and products, you will be able to increase your revenue!
How it works
- You can add as many extras as you want in your Listing settings > Prices & Fee tab as "Custom fees" (if you don’t want guests to add extras, do not add Custom Fees)
- Extras will be visible and selectable in the Guest Portal by the guest, for all reservations
- All extras will be charged immediately after purchase
- You’ll receive a notification in case an extra is added and paid by the guest
- All purchased extras will be also visible in your Financial Reporting
- For this feature to work, you'll need to have a payment processor connected to your Hostaway account

How to enable the Notification when added Extras via the Guest portal
If you have enabled the notifications for new reservation
or modified reservation
then you should receive a notification when the extra is added via the guest portal
